WARRANTY AND REPAIR SERVICE
Jetson’s warranty covers the board’s electronic and mechanical components for two years.
Due to the nature of the sport of surfing, conventional surfboards are not covered for collisions or breakage. In the particular case of Jetson boards, due to the complexity of their electronic components, we provide special warranty coverage. We do pledge to perform repairs in the event that internal breakage occurs. If this is not possible for some reason, we do commit to obtaining the same materials for you, up to a maximum value of $1,000. This amounts to one-third of the original price. The warranty may be requested directly at the store where the board was purchased, or online if it was purchased in that manner or online if it was purchased in that manner or if purchased directly via Jetson’s U.S. sales representative.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BOARD DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY?
With the sole exception of battery cases, Jetson’s warranty covers any needed repair, as well as shipping (within Europe and USA). We do understand the importance of providing speedy repairs, as well as ensuring their quality, because a day without a board means a day without surfing.
